THE SERVICE, EXPLAINED
An empty room is useful only if it is the right room.
A business may be quiet while its storage areas remain locked, or a home may be empty when nobody is available to explain the signs. Tell us how the premises operate as well as what pest activity has been noticed. The person arranging the visit can then bring together the right access, information and authority, instead of relying on a convenient time alone.
We inspect locations connected to the report and ask about when activity appears. For rodents, that might involve food storage and accessible openings; for insects, the relevant checks depend on identification and the materials involved. An observation made after closing may be important, but the hour of the sighting does not identify the pest. We assess the physical evidence before proposing control.
Where treatment is warranted, we explain what the method requires. You may need to protect goods, prepare a particular area or keep people out for a specified period. These arrangements are treatment-specific. We cannot assume the business can reopen immediately or that every task can be completed while customers remain present. Discussing the constraints early allows a more realistic plan.
The handover is just as important as the appointment. Whoever returns first needs to know about equipment, cleaning guidance and any outstanding action. We explain whether monitoring or another visit is recommended and what it is intended to establish. If access prevents part of the investigation, that is recorded rather than lost between shifts. The result should be a service that fits the premises without leaving the next person to guess what happened.
